The state-of-the-art, laboratory-precision UVO-1000 combines two analyzers in one – measuring from environmental and workplace safety levels with 1 ppb precision to industrial process concentrations up to 1000ppm.
The UV absorption method ensures accurate and stable measurements, with ranges of 0 to 1000ppm and a 1ppb precision (UVO-1000), 0 to 10,000ppm (UVO-10k) and 0 to 20% (300g/m3) (UVO-20PC.)
The rapid 1 min warm-up period saves valuable time and increases productivity.

- When I need the long-term stability and precision measurements in the ppb range to assure health and safety levels.
- For high level (> 100ppm) measurements where low-cost methods eg electrochemical sensors cannot handle the high levels reliably and in a stable fashion.
- When using very high levels of ozone (eg 20% or 300g/h), other sensor methods are not usable.
We manufacture both handheld and wall-mount UV and electrochemical ozone analyzers.
Both our electrochemical and UV wall-mount ozone analyzers have analog outputs and 2 relays which can be used to control ozone generators.
Our electrochemical analyzer is supplied from an 8 to 28V DC supply.
Our UV ozone analyzer is supplied from either a 12 to 28V DC supply or 110V to 220V AC supply.
Our UV analyzers have been designed for long life and low maintenance and can last a decade or more. We offer a long lifespan pump (> 15,000 hours) and UV source (100,000 hours.) If the scrubbers are not contaminated they can last many years. The only component that should be changed annually are the low-cost filters.
Our electrochemical analyzers can last many years. The sensors used in our electrochemical analyzers have a minimum lifespan of 3 years. The sensors can be replaced as required.
